The Lady Huskies came up short against the Fargo South Bruins at home, losing 66-58. The Huskies were able to take four point lead in the first half, but fell behind after a 7-0 run to end the half 25-21. The Huskies were still able to tie it up three times in the second half, but the Bruins went on a 17-5 run to keep the Lady Huskies still grasping for their first win.

Lidia Motl lead the Huskies in scoring with 23 points on five of 10 shooting from behind the arc. Motl was also  able to secure seven rebounds.
