Jean M. Mandt, 77, of Wahpeton, ND, passed away Tuesday, October 26, 2021, at St. Francis Nursing Home in Breckenridge, MN. Funeral Services will be Saturday, October 30, at 11:00 AM, at Washington Lutheran Church in Northwood, ND. Burial will be in the Washington Lutheran Cemetery at Northwood.
