On Friday at 3:16pm the Otter Tail County Sheriff’s Office, Perham Police Department along with Perham Fire/EMS and State Patrol responded to a single vehicle accident on County Highway 60 near the intersection of Country Highway 13 and rural Perham. The driver was a 65 year old woman from Idaho who was transported by ambulance to Perham Hospital. The passenger, a 95 yard old woman from Moorhead, Minnesota was declared dead on the scene. The investigation into the crash is ongoing.
