The Huskies volleyball team’s Tuesday home match with Fargo Davies was suspended in the third set after Wahpeton senior Kylie Storo suffered an injury that led to her being carted off the floor.
Storo was diving face-first for a ball to keep it alive and was injured when she landed. She was carted off the floor by first responders and taken in an ambulance.
The scores of the sets prior to the game’s suspension were 25-18, 25-14 and 22-16 with Davies trying to close out the sweep.
The next match for Wahpeton is a 7 p.m. road battle with Fargo Shanley on Thursday.
