Riley Finkral broke her school record for digs in a match with 49 in Breckenridge’s 3-2 home win over Henning on Thursday. Finkral’s original record was 41, which she set in 2019.

The set scores were 18-25, 25-20, 23-25, 25-13 and 18-16.

While Finkral anchored the defense, Camryn Kaehler and Abby Johnson led the offensive attack. Kaehler had 18 kills and Johnson had 13.

Sophie Larson dished out 27 assists and Carcie Materi had 20.

The 2-0 Cowgirls play their first road match at 7:30 p.m. Thursday against Lake Park-Audubon.
