Matt and Amanda Frederick were in the KBMW studios this morning to announce that final winner of State Farms Good Neighbor award. The winners are Jeff and Tanya Ploeger from Wahpeton. Jeff and Tanya were nominated by Kari Swansara. Jeff and Tanya receive a $50 gift card to the local restaurant of their choice. “They’re outstanding people and great neighbors to have” Swansara said.
