The Wahpeton Breckenridge Area Chamber is preparing for the 2021 edition of Headwaters Day. The event will be held on Saturday, September 11th at Wells Park in Breckenridge. The event will kick off with a pancake feed sponsored by Just For Kix Dance group, followed by a parade.
