Fargo, N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – The North Dakota State Board of Higher Education announced Tuesday afternoon that NDSU President Dean Bresiani will no longer be leading the school after the 2022 school year.

Board Chairman Nick Hacker made the announcement that Bresciani will be stepping down and then possibly become a tenured NDSU professor.  No details were given yet on  why Bresciani will be leaving the presidents chair.  The board met in closed executive session before the announcement was made.
