The Breckenridge Active Living Committee continues to raise money for creating and establishing a Dog Park in Breckenridge.
The early goal was $30,000, but with an increased cost of building material the new goal is $45,000.
The park would be located along Beede Avenue, east of Veterans Memorial Park and just south of the Breckenridge Family Community Center.
The facility will need fencing, dog waste stations, benches and/or picnic tables, garbage containers, signage, and more. There will be a 6-foot fence with double gates which will include a small and large dog area.
