On March 18, Richland County Communications received a report of an injury accident South of Wahpeton on 182nd Avenue.
Dwight Fire Department and First Responders, Breckenridge Ambulance and the Richland County Sheriff’s Office responded.
A 2005 Pontiac driven by Chase Lee was Southbound on 182nd when the vehicle left the roadway, entered the ditch, and rolled.
The driver was taken to St. Francis Hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
The vehicle is a total loss and was towed by Berger’s Towing. Alcohol played a factor in the accident. The accident remains under investigation.
