Three Breckenridge wrestlers advanced to the Section 6A Super Sectional on Saturday in Long Prairie.
The top four wrestlers in each weight class Tuesday advanced to the Super Sectional.
Matt Noll at 106 pounds, Aiden Rudd at 145 and Daniel Erlandson at 220 all advanced to either the championship or third-place matches in their weights.
Noll went 2-1 at 106, recording a pin in the first round before losing in the semifnals. Noll then beat Mason Brauch of Wadena-Deer Creek by pin to advance to the third-place match.
Rudy also went 2-1, winning his first match by pin before losing in the semifinals. Ruddy beat Logan Schleske of Otter Tail Central by pin to advance and keep his season alive.
Erlandson won two matches to improve to 24-1 this season. After a pin in the first round, Erlandson topped James Grant of Bertha-Hewitt-Verndale 5-2 to advance to the championship match against Barnesville’s Brady Kroll.
