Following an executive order put in place by President Joe Biden on January 28, 2021, Blue Cross Blue Shield of North Dakota will offer a Special Enrollment Period (SEP) from February 15 – May 15, 2021. The SEP will provide North Dakotans with an opportunity to enroll in health coverage or make changes to their current coverage, without a qualifying life event. Plan start dates begin as early as March 1, 2021.
