The Wahpeton Park Board met yesterday.

It was reported that the North Dakota Game and Fish Department will be installing an Aquatic Nuisance Species cleaning station at the Kidder Recreation Area.

Brian Watson was chosen to fill out a two-year Park Board Commissioner term.

It was reported that Chahinkapa Zoo raised nearly $17,000 on Giving Hearts Day.

A volleyball program is scheduled at Wahpeton schools during March for grades 3-4-5.

The board was also made aware that solar lighting will be installed at the south-side dog park.
