The NDSCS Lady Wildcats volleyball team was ranked No. 10 in the latest NJCAA Division II poll this week after beating previously ranked Bismarck State College.
The Mystics fell from No. 6 to No. 11 in the poll.
Parkland College is No. 1 in this week’s poll.
The Lady Wildcats will next play Tuesday and Wednesday at Dawson Community College in Glendive, Mont.
NDSCS also announced Wednesday that sophomore setter Kortney Carney was named NCJAA Player of the Week for last week.
Carney totaled 115 assists, 37 digs and 12 kills and is currently No. 2 in Division II in assists per set at 12.8 and fifth nationally in digs at 4.11.
The Moorhead product also was the Mon-Dak player of the of week.
