The Breckenridge Cowgirls lost 53-51 to the Moorhead Spuds on Tuesday in Moorhead.

The Cowgirls led 30-26 at the half before getting outscored 27-21 over the final 18 minutes.

Jude Held scored 19 points to lead Breckenridge with Carcie Materi adding 18. Grace Conzemius and Abby Johnson scored nine points each.

The Cowgirls, now 3-2, play at Frazee on Thursday.
