Sophomore Ethan Manock contributed a game-high 10 rebounds to go with 4 points off the bench.

Wahpeton made 11 3-pointers in the game.

Jah’Heem Leake led four Sheyenne players in double figures with 20 points. Gage Anderson and Dominic Dosman each scored 14 points, with Dosman’s coming off the bench.

Wahpeton trailed 38-31 at the half before a 12-2 run gave the Huskies a 59-52 lead with 6:40 to play on a 3-pointer by Munezero.

At 59-54, Sheyenne coach Tom Kirchnoffer called time out and whatever he said worked, as the Mustangs ended the game on its big run.
