TODAY:   ROADS ARE WET, WIND WILL INCREASE AS SOME SNOW FALLS.  WIND WILL GUST 45 TO 55 MPH BY THIS AFTERNOON.  EASTERN NORTH DAKOTA WILL SEE ABOUT AN INCH OF NEW SNOW, WITH TEMPERATURES FALLING TO THE UPPER 20S.   VERY POOR RURAL TRAVEL.
TONIGHT:  SNOW AND WIND, 1 TO 2 INCHES OF SNOW EASTERN NORTH DAKOTA AND NORTHWEST MINNESOTA,  4 TO 5 INCHES EASTERN SOUTH DAKOTA, WESTERN AND SOUTHWEST MINNESOTA.  LOW NEAR 22.  WIND: NORTHWEST 30 TO 55 MPH
FRIDAY:  BLIZZARD CONDITIONS CONTINUE ACROSS EASTERN SOUTH DAKOTA, SOUTHERN AND WESTERN MINNESOTA … BUT SLOWLY IMPROVE ACROSS THE EASTERN PART OF NORTH DAKOTA AND NORTHWEST MINNESOTA.   TEMPS IN THE 20S, WIND: NORTHWEST DIMINISHING THROUGH THE DAY WEST TO EAST.
