Message from Chad Fredericksen on tickets for Friday’s game

Here is an e-mail sent out by Breckenridge Athletic Director Chad Fredericksen on Thursday afternoon concerning limited tickets for Friday’s Section 6A championship game between Breckenridge and Otter Tail Central at 5 p.m. at Cowboy Field.

“I am sending out a friendly reminder that the section has given us strict guidance on a maximum of 250 fans, 125 visiting fans and 125 home fans. 

I realize this is frustrating for all of us.  Believe me I would love to have a pack stadium for our guys!  In the guidance from the section if we don’t adhere to the rules the game will be cancelled or forfeited because we are the managing sight for the game.  

PLEASE allow our seniors to finish out this crazy year on their own terms and not have to forfeit from something that is yet again out of their control.  

I know people mean well by wanting to be at the game and support our players. 

I appreciate that more than anything about this great town we live in. 

But PLEASE let them have this last opportunity to play on COWBOYS FIELD and possibly make something special happen.”
