Former Wahpeton High School teacher and principal and North Dakota legislator Clark Williams passed away on Monday at the age of 78.
Williams served the Wahpeton school district for 32 years and was involved in education for 38 years before retiring.
The former Lidgerwood High School graduate also served the state in the House from 1983-88 and again from 2003-14 and was co-chair of the NPL Party’s 25th District.
