The North Dakota High School Activities Association announced new guidelines for upcoming state events due to risk levels across the state continuing to rise.
The Dakota Bowl at the Fargodome will be Nov. 13 and now be limited to family and friends of the participating team with no general public ticket sales. All tickets will be sold through participating schools only.
The Dakota Bowl starts with the Class A championship at 8:10 a.m., followed the 9-man title, Class AA title and Class AAA title games. There will be an hour in between each championship game.
Attendance at the state volleyball tournaments will also be limited to family and friends at the Fargodome on Nov. 19 and 20 with all tickets sold through the high schools.
The N.D. State Swimming Meet will now be a one-day meet held in two separate sites on Nov. 14 in Fargo. The swimming event will be at the Hulbert Aquatics Center in West Fargo while the diving event will be at Fargo Davies High School.
The NDHSAA said there will be fans allowed at either site.
