The Minnesota State Patrol said in a release that three people were involved in an accident on I-94 in Wilkin County.
The accident happened around 5:45 p.m. on Saturday near milepost 28, according to the State Patrol.
The report said 23-year-old Adenike Martins was driving with 21-year-old Idrisa Bayoh and a two-year-old infant when the vehicle went into the ditch after coming upon another vehicle while driving at a high rate of speed.
Martins sustained non-life threatening injuries, and taken to a Fargo hospital. Both passengers were not injured.
The Clay County Sheriff’s Office and Barnesville Ambulance and Police Department responded to the incident.
The report said alcohol was not involved in the accident.
