The Wahpeton and North Dakota State College of Science police departments responded to the report of an accident at Wahpeton High School on Tuesday morning.
According to Wahpeton Police Chief Scott Thorsteinson, the incident occurred shortly before 8 a.m. near the Harry and Ella Stern Hockey Arena.
A Wahpeton student was riding next to a car, who didn’t see the student and accidentally bumped the student off the bike.
The student received only scrapes on the knees and the driver was not cited for any infraction.
