The Minnesota Department of Health is going door-to-door in Breckenridge beginning Thursday through Saturday conducting the CASPER survey, which is a survey that assesses community needs due to the effects of COVID.
Those conducting the survey will be wearing ID badges, marked vehicles, and possibility vests.
