Kidder County and Langdon-Edmore-Munich remained No. 1 this week in the N.D. AP Sportscasters and Sportswriters poll for 9-man and Class A football.

Kidder County picked up 12 of the 18 first-place votes to outdistance Cavalier for the top spot in the 9-man poll. Cavalier had 3 first-place votes.

LaMoure-Litchville-Marion is third with Linton-HMB picking up the other 3 first-place votes for fourth place with Beach No. 5.

New Rockford-Sheyenne, St. John, Finley-Sharon-Hope-Page, Maville-Portland-Clifford-Galesburg and Ray-PL also received votes.

Langdon earned all 19 first-place votes in the Class A poll.

Velva is second with Lisbon third, Dickinson Trinity fourth and Oakes fifth. Bowman County, Thompson and Bishop Ryan picked up votes.
