  Northwestern Cass County in southeastern North Dakota...
  Southeastern Steele County in southeastern North Dakota...

* Until 345 PM CDT Friday.

* At 932 AM CDT, Doppler radar and automated rain gauges indicated
  heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or
  expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 2 and 3
  inches of rain have fallen.

Some locations that will experience flooding include...
  Valley City, Page, Sanborn, Rogers, Eckelson, Colgate, Pillsbury,
  Urbana and Bald Hill Dam.
