This is Tuesday, October 22nd’s flood meeting for the city of Valley City. Scott Tichy, representative of the Army Corp of Engineers at the Baldhill Dam opens by talking about the Corp not opening up the release to 4000 cfs because Valley City did not get the rain amount that was expected.
