The 300 Block of Dakota Avenue will be closed for the Headwaters Music Festival
on Friday July 10, 2026. The street will close at 3:00 pm on July 10, 2026, and reopen at
1:00 am on July 11, 2026.
4 th Street North will be closed from Dakota Avenue to 2 nd Avenue North for
Borderline Chalkfest. 2 nd Avenue North will also be closed from 4 th Street North to mid-block
of the Heritage Square parking lot. The streets will close at 6:00 am on Saturday July 11,
2026, and reopen at 8:00 pm on July 12, 2026.
