The North Dakota State College of Science basketball teams swept Ridgewater on Tuesday, continuing the Wildcats’ hot stretch of play.
The Lady Wildcats (9-2) opened with a 93-56 victory and the men followed with a 90-82 win.
The Lady Wildcats received a game-high 15 points apiece from Lolo Carlow and Peyton Gette. Carlow added seven assists and Gette swiped three steals.
Ava Boyes scored 14 points and the duo of Maggie Westling and Marta Iborra supplied a dozen each. Iborra was the game-high rebounder with nine.
The Wildcat men (9-1) trailed 43-40 at the break, but hunkered down to win their ninth straight game.
NCAA Division I transfer Cham Okey led the way with 24 points, 18 rebounds, six assists and two blocks. Jikany Deang also recorded a double-double with 15 points and 10 boards.
Nidas Paulauskas added 19 points and Christos Gavriildis scored 11 for the Wildcats.
Tyrese Mayo nearly willed Ridgewater to victory with 32 points.
