Eighth grader Kyler Flack led the Huskies golf team Wednesday with a 16-over par 88 at King’s Walk Golf Course in Grand Forks. Flack had three pars on the front nine and two on the back. He did a much better job today of managing the golf course and avoiding the big numbers.

Flack will need to continue working on his short game, and when that improves, his scores will continue to drop.

Gracin Kaste posted an 89 today in his first varsity tournament. He had a solid 6-over par 42 on the front side. He ran into some trouble on the par 3s but posted a good score.

Aidan Bohn vastly improved over his score from last week. He said he really struck the ball well, but struggled with his putting. Bohn is a hard worker and will do the work to improve his score.

The busy week continues with a tournament at Madison Country Club on Friday and Spring Creek Golf Course on Saturday, April 26.

The Huskies’ home tournament takes place at Bois de Sioux Golf Course on Monday.
