The NDSCS baseball team picked up its first wins of the spring season at the RussMatt Invitational in Florida. The Wildcats defeated Ridgewater College, 16-6 and 6-1.
NDSCS (2-6) used an eight-run fourth inning to blow by the Warriors in the opener Friday and a three-run fifth to hang on for the win in game two. Statistics were unavailable as of press time Monday morning.
