For the first time in recent memory, the Wahpeton Lady Huskies have four golfers qualified for the state meet. While the Lady Huskies are no stranger to qualifying for state as a team, four golfers meeting the mark individually is new territory for the program.
Their team score of 333 was also one of the lowest rounds in school history as Wahpeton finished third at Kings Walk on Tuesday.
London Nordick and Claire Langenwalter each cracked the top 10, shooting rounds of 80 and 83, respectively. It was a career low round for both of the Huskies.
Olivia Hansen and Halle Miller both shot 85 to tie for 14.
Wahpeton is off until Tuesday when they head to Rose Creek Golf Course in Fargo.
