Five players from the NJCAA DIII national runner-up NDSCS softball team were named to the Mon-Dak All-Conference list for the spring season.
Grace Folkema earned Most Valuable Pitcher and Avery Martin was chosen as Most Valuable Player. Emma Johnson, Lara “Yaya” Dolezal and Caitlyn Dannenfelzer were also selected to the team.
Folkema set a new NJCAA record for single-season strikeouts with 405. Martin produced 20 home runs and 94 RBIs, Johnson was 28-5 with a 2.78 ERA, Dolezal batted .401 and Dannenfelzer stole 37 bases.
