On Wednesday, around 1:12pm, Richland County Communications received a call of an injury crash at the intersections of state highway 11 and 127. Vehicles involved were a semi tractor trailer and a van. Driver of the van was transported by Breckenridge ambulance to a Fargo hospital with what appeared to be non life threatening injuries. The semi was traveling eastbound on highway 11 and the van was traveling southbound on highway 127. Fairmount fire and rescue, along with Breckenridge ambulance, Richland County Emergency Management and Richland County Sheriff’s office, DOT responded. Due to the semi hauling propane, emergency management responded and determined that nothing was leaking from the semi. The crash remains under investigation.
