James Allen “Jim” DeVries, age 79, of Wahpeton, passed away on January 3 at Sanford Hospice in Fargo, with family by his side. A funeral service will be held on January 9, at 11:00 am at Immanuel Lutheran Church, in Wahpeton. Visitation will be held one-hour prior at the Church. The family would like to thank the EMT’s and ambulance crew, as well as the hospital and hospice staff, for all they did for Jim in his final days.
