Free at-home Covid-19 test kits can be picked up at Richland County Health Department, at 413 3rd Avenue North, Wahpeton. Law Enforcement Center, second floor. Monday-Fridays, from 8:00 am to 4:45 pm. Test kits are available for individuals age 2 years and older.
