A pair of Breckenridge Cowgirls volleyball players have signed with college programs. Camryn Kaehler and Sophie Larson both announced their commitments on Monday, Nov. 22.

Kaehler, who became the third Cowgirl in school history to earn All-State honors, signed to play for the hometown North Dakota State College of Science Wildcats. The senior hitter set two school records this year. She became the school’s all-time kill leader with 1,022 and also set the single-season mark with 426.

Larson, who was splitting setter duties with Carcie Materi all season, signed with Mayville State. The senior setter ended the year with 473 assists. Her career total was 703 and her season high for assists in a match was 27. Larson had 64 aces on the year and had one of the best serving matches in Cowgirl history with seven.
