Question one of the Breckenridge Public Schools special election regarding the renewal of the expiring tax referendum passed while questions two and three regarding the new school and ice arena both failed on Tuesday.
The unoffical vote counts for the first question had 792 yea and 532 nay according to the initial count.
Question two, which was a proposal of a new pre-K-12 school failed 862-462. Question three, an addition of an ice arena to the new school campus, was only valid if question two was successful. The votes were 1,002 nay and 316 yea.
