Effective Wednesday morning 6:00 a.m. September 22, 2021, 4th Street South at the railroad tracks will be closed. Red River Valley and Western Railroad will be repairing the crossing at the tracks. We anticipate that 4th Street South will be opened to traffic by the end of the day Wednesday. Travelers are advised to use caution in the vicinity of the work zone and to use alternate routes.
