The Wahpeton girls basketball team went into halftime down by 27 on their way to an 83-44 home loss to West Fargo on Tuesday.

Aiyana Allard led the Huskies with 10 points. Haley Kjar and Lidia Motl followed with nine each.

Chloe Pfau poured in 25 points to go along with 10 rebounds. Mirley Simon also had a double-double with 18 points and 17 boards. Ten of Simon’s rebounds came on the offensive end.

The Huskies are 3-18 overall and open their postseason with a road play-in game on Saturday.
