The Waseca boys and the New London Spicer girls are on top of this week’s Minn. Basketball News rankings.
Waseca is followed by Minneapolis North, Caledonia, Stewartville and Melrose in the top five in Class 2A boys. Champlin Park is No. 1 Class 4A, Minnehaha Academy in Class 3A and Mahnomen-Waubun in Class A.
On the girls side, Albany follows New London Spicer in 2A with Providence third, Sauk Centre fourth and Minnehaha fifth. Fergus Falls is the only Section 8AA team ranked at No. 8.
Hopkins holds down the top spot in Class 4A girls with Becker No. 1 in 3A and Minneota in 1A.
