North Dakota State College of Science president Dr. John Richman will deliver the annual State of the College Address today.
The address will be at 3:30 p.m. at the Bremer Bank Theatre in the Harry and Ella Stern Cultural center on the NDSCS campus.
NDSCS reminds those who will be attending that they will be asked to wear a face covering and asked to practice physical distancing during the address.
